Hi, I’m Melissa.
I’m a self-love coach, astrologer, human design guide, and lifelong singer & storyteller devoted to helping women come home to themselves—not through perfection, not through force, and not through trying to earn love, but through truth, self-devotion, and deep inner steadiness.
For years, my life was shaped by overgiving.
By trying to be easy & as low-maintenance as possible.
By shrinking the parts of me that felt “too much.”
By contorting myself to be chosen by people who didn’t have the capacity to meet me.
I didn’t just know heartbreak — I lived in it.
I built my identity around trying to fix it.
I believed if I could just be more patient, more loving, more supportive, then someone would finally stay.
But the real turning point in my life wasn’t the relationship that finally worked out.
It was the moment I realized I had abandoned myself more deeply than anyone else ever had.
What I teach now comes from that reckoning.
My work is not about helping you find a partner.
It’s about helping you stop leaving yourself.
The women who come to me are often brilliant, intuitive, emotionally generous — and exhausted. They’ve spent years tending to everyone else’s needs, absorbing the emotional temperature of every room, performing resilience, and hoping someone will finally see them as they see others.
They’re not looking for strategies.
They’re looking for relief.
They’re looking for permission to be honest.
They’re looking for the version of themselves that they lost while loving so hard.
My work meets you in that raw, tender place — the space where the performance dies and the truth begins.
My Path & Tools
I’ve spent nearly two decades guiding women through the terrain of self-love and relational healing using tools like:
-
Nonviolent Communication to help you embody your emotions & understand your needs without self-judgment
-
Astrology to illuminate the soul-patterns that shape your way of loving and being loved
-
Human Design to help you live in energetic alignment instead of burnout or people-pleasing
-
Gene Keys to uncover the deeper spiritual initiations embedded in your challenges
-
Somatic Work to transform shame, soften inner criticism, and rebuild self-trust
- Parts Work/IFS so that you can learn how to reparent your inner child so that she is held but no longer running the show in your decision-making and relating
But underneath all of these tools is a single principle:
You are already worthy of the tenderness, respect, and devotion you keep offering to others.
My work simply helps you reclaim it.
And I want to be honest about how I came to know this so deeply — not from having it all figured out, but from walking straight through the places where it felt (and feels) hardest to remember.
Motherhood changed my work.
In the best, hardest way. There was a time when self-care was second nature to me — when I had spacious mornings, time for ritual, a vibrant spiritual life, and the privacy to hear my own soul. Choosing myself first became a go-to way of life.
Motherhood changed that.
Neurodivergence made it more complex (AuDHD, here!).
Life asked more of me than I had to give.
And in this season, I’ve often struggled to show up for myself the way I once did.
There have been stretches of real despair.
Moments when I’ve forgotten my oneness with God and felt utterly separate and alone.
Times when I’ve wondered if I’d ever feel spiritually anchored again.
I’m not embarrassed by this.
I’m not hiding it.
This is my humanity—the same humanity I hold space for in the women I guide.
Because deep healing doesn’t happen when life is tidy.
It happens in the middle of the mess, the overwhelm, the fatigue, the doubt, the loneliness, the sacred mundanity of caring for others while trying not to abandon yourself.
And this is why I do the work I do.
Not because I’ve perfected self-love or spiritual devotion,
but because I am walking this path, too—with wobbliness, with softness, with honesty, and with a soul that keeps opening, even when it feels far from where it once rested.
I don’t teach from the mountaintop.
I teach from the valley—from the lived experience of losing myself and finding my way home again, one small choice at a time.
I no longer have the luxury of writing for hours or curating a perfect spiritual persona.
What remains is the most honest version of my voice — slower, deeper, more discerning, more rooted in lived experience.
And that’s who I show up as now:
Not the teacher who has it all figured out,
but the guide who walks this same terrain alongside you.
This work is for women who feel ready to engage deeply with themselves.
If that’s you, you’re invited to apply for a complimentary conversation where we can explore whether working together feels aligned.
